Improvements

Scan & Verify ID and Upload & Verify ID show a clearer screen when Document Verification recommends Undeterminable or Retry. The screen explains the status and, when the outcome is Retry, how to try again.

The default rule for those two steps now rejects an Undeterminable outcome instead of sending it to manual review. That matches Undeterminable outcomes.

Bug fixes

Date of birth on a user profile is shown as stored, without an extra formatting pass.
