Hybrid capture for uploads

What's new​

Capture conditions are now available on the Upload & Verify ID step. A workflow can use hybrid capture and accept cropped images at that step. Workflows that do not use hybrid capture behave as they do today.

Bug fixes​

Provisioning an organization without a data retention period no longer sets retention to 365 days. A new organization keeps the default retention when you do not specify one.
